1.  Indianapolis Colts at Pittsburgh Steelers

The definition of tough football is usually associated with these two clubs. Both coming from blue-collar areas and known for their fight in the trenches, the Steelers and Colts are usually one of the better games fans look for in a season.

It should be too. However, Pittsburgh’s plunder in pathetic play now has the Steel City looking bent on imploding towards the end of the year.

Ben Roethlisberger announced Monday that he doesn’t plan on retiring after 2020. He then went out and averaged 4.5 yards per pass against the Bengals lackluster secondary, throwing it over 20 yards through the air once. Of the 14 possessions for the Steelers offense, three drives ended in points while the remainder were either punts or a turnover of some kind.

Indianapolis is hitting its stride at the right moment. A convincing win over the Las Vegas defense propelled them into a close divisional win over the Texans’ defense. On a positive note, rookie running back Johnathan Taylor looks to be the real deal with 324 yards and four touchdowns over his past three games.

It’s simple for both teams. Win. If the Steelers win, they clinch the AFC North. If Indianapolis wins, they improve to 11-4 on the year.

The Steelers enter Week 16 looking like frauds. Can they prove they’re the real deal against an actual AFC contender?
