Wide Receiver: Darius Slayton $5,000

From one New Jersey team as an opponent to another one as a rooting interest. Darius Slayton has actually been the focal point of the passing game over the past few weeks. Slayton led the Giants with 74 yards last week, but what’s most important from that was his nine targets. It shows that even with Sterling Shepard back in the lineup,

Colt McCoy is not the answer under center. That much is obvious, but Daniel Jones is hopefully back in the lineup. Head coach Joe Judge says he didn’t like what he saw from Jones in practice, but he couldn’t have liked the game with McCoy under center.

With Jones back under center, like he was two weeks ago, Slayton should get more targets. Those targets should turn into catches, yards, and hopefully touchdowns.

He is facing the Baltimore Ravens this week. They used to be really good against wide receivers, but they’ve fallen off as of late. They’ve allowed touchdowns to wide receivers for the past five weeks, including two against the Cowboys. If any receiver on the Giants is going to get a chance to score, it’s the one that’s getting the lion’s share of the targets.

The price of Slayton is just so hard to pass up. He’s being picked up in the same place as Dez Bryant, Braxton Berrios, and Quez Watkins (who admittedly had a good game last week). This is the best bet of the bunch by far.

Other Low-Cost Options: Darnell Mooney $5,400, Alshon Jeffery $5,300
