Carolina Panthers (4-10) at Washington Football Team (6-8), 1:00 pm

Panthers: The team’s latest losing streak has reached three straight games and each of those losses have been by single digits. Teddy Bridgewater hasn’t put up big numbers in terms of TD passes (14) to interceptions (8) but has hit on 69.8 percent of his throws. The club has allowed 356 points in 14 games, compared to 470 points last year.

Washington: A victory by Ron Rivera’s club and a loss by the New York Giants would give the franchise its first division title since 2015. Quarterback Dwayne Haskins got himself in some hot water this week (via ESPN’s John Keim) so it will be interesting to see how this Sunday plays out as Rivera squares off against his previous employer.

Denver Broncos (5-9) at Los Angeles Chargers (5-9), 4:05 pm

Broncos: The Denver defense was humbled last Saturday at home by the Buffalo Bills to the tune of 534 total yards and five offensive touchdowns. A season ago, the Broncos gave up less than 20 points per game (316) and only 28 offensive TDs. But 14 games into 2020, the team has been tagged for 395 points and 38 offensive touchdowns.

Chargers: The Bolts get a little extra time to prepare for their longtime AFC West rivalry. Last week, the Chargers snapped a nine-game losing streak vs. divisional rivals with a 30-27 overtime win at Las Vegas. Anthony Lynn’s club is not only 3-2 in its last five games – after a 2-8 start – the team is riding its first two-game winning streak of ’20.
