NBA DFS Shooting Guards:

We know what to do when James Harden is surrounded by a bunch of scrubs and backups. Lock him in and watch the show. He’s a guaranteed 60 in a situation like this with the potential for much more.

I like Devin Booker and I like what he has done to the Kings for much of his career. Still, is he going to be that much below Harden? The answer could very well be yes. If you’re willing to take the risk, not many are going to be able to cram Booker and Harden in the same line. Most will try for Harden and Lillard. This is a way to gain leverage and hope for a ceiling game from Booker.

Many of us were wondering how Beal and Russ would coexist. The answer is just fine. Beal is expensive, but his ceiling is about as high as Booker’s.

Utah looked much more balanced than last year. Considering the matchup for CJ McCollum, I’m leaning towards CJ here. He’s the player that usually runs with the second team if this game is a blowout. CJ could do a lot in the medium price range tonight. If you’re worried about the blowout though, go with D’Angelo Russell who looked strong for Minnesota in the opening win.

Many slept on Victor Oladipo and I was one of them. Last year was a wreck for Oladipo, but he had a strong preseason and season opener and his price isn’t adjusted yet. Both he and RJ Barrett look like great plays in the low middle.

Malik Beasley looks too cheap. The Timberwolves are committing to their youth and Beasley is definitely a key piece of the core. So is number one pick Anthony Edwards. Both are cheap with high ceilings.

To the surprise of many, Pop rolled with youngsters in the opener with White out. Lonnie Walker looked very good and the price is very low. This is not an easy matchup, but Walker still has a good shot at 6x value or more. If you can’t stomach it, I still like Delon Wright, a solid scorer on a bad team.

You know the story with Terrence Ross. He is an elite scorer when he’s on, but the floor is literally single digits if he goes cold.
