NBA DFS Point Guards:

Ben Simmons is still coming in at well below value at this ridiculous price. Most of the time, we need 6x value to even hit the cash line in GPP’s anymore. Simmons is getting about 4-4.5x. You can have him. I want no part of Simmons at this price.

SGA is a solid cash option, but he leaves a lot to be desired for GPP’s. That said, getting 5x value out of the high priced guys is still a solid GPP approach. Shoot for 7x value or more with value plays.

Surprisingly enough, the Knicks are tough on point guards. I don’t really have an interest in any Toronto guards. John Wall making his Houston debut against the Kings is very tempting, but is he going to get up to 40 DraftKings points? Probably not.

I would really love to get some consistency from Chris Paul. The consistency has come from abnormal places: Markelle Fultz and Elfrid Payton. They may be my two favorite point guards on the slate. This is a huge spot for Payton in particular.

Yeah, it’s a great matchup for Eric Bledsoe. He hasn’t had more than 15 DraftKings points in any of the last three games. I want no part of that. Give me George Hill at a lower price and superb floor. Cameron Payne is a strong value too.

The Kings are giving good run to Tyrese Haliburton and the rookie is doing quite a bit with it. Houston’s poor guard defense creates a nice matchup for Haliburton here. He wont play 30 minutes, but he should still clear 6x value.

I view Cole Anthony as a cash game play. Orlando is using him for about half the game and he has produced very consistent lines. He wont go much above 5x value, but in cash games, you can survive that.
