Browns fans are camped out to support team on awesome sendoff to KC
Browns fans showed up to support and cheer on the team as they prepare to head to Kansas City.
The Cleveland Browns were one of the few teams in 2020 to allow thousands of fans to attend games. The atmosphere was not the same, but those who did show up were loud and proud to support the playoff-bound Browns.
Now the team is fresh off a playoff victory and is set to head to Kansas City. So in true loyal Browns fan fashion, plenty showed up in Berea for an amazing sendoff.
Browns fans provide a proper sendoff
The team’s training facility is in a suburban area, creating a more intimate and local feel. Fans are able to line the street next to the entrance and set up a parade of support for everyone in the organization to see.
Browns fans already showed up at the airport in the early hours of the day following the big win over Pittsburgh. As long as everything is being done in a safe manner, this is great to see and shows how excited Browns fans are about the team’s success.
Sports fans in Cleveland finally got a championship in 2016 thanks to the heroics of LeBron James. But it has always been a Browns town, and even one playoff win is enough to make people block off their day to let the players and coaches know how excited they are.
Fans know the team is a huge underdog Sunday against the mighty Chiefs. However, the same was true last weekend, and Cleveland made the Steelers look like they were the ones with so much dysfunction over the past two decades.
The team did the impossible last Sunday and fans are hoping the added motivation of this amazing sendoff can inspire the team to pull off another miracle and instantly become Super Bowl favorites in the process.
