Skip Bayless is known for making idiotic statements, and he didn’t disappoint with his latest take on Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.

Hearts are broken all over Wisconsin right now. The Green Bay Packers were favorites to win the NFC Championship Game over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and get back to the Super Bowl, but Tom Brady had other ideas.

Shortly after Tampa Bay’s 31-26 victory, the king of trolling, Skip Bayless, decided to head to Twitter and take a shot at Rodgers. In typical Bayless fashion, he made an idiot of himself with what he had to say about the future Hall-of-Fame signal-caller.

Where to even begin with this idiotic take from Bayless? He goes after Rodgers for not running the ball deep in Tampa Bay territory, but come on, that play alone didn’t cost Green Bay. While Rodgers had plenty of green space in front of him, it most certainly would have been tough for the veteran to make it to the end zone.

Packers fans are upset, but they’re even angrier with Matt LaFleur for kicking a field goal with a little over two minutes left and his team down eight, instead of letting Rodgers try and tie things up on 4th down. All offseason, we’re going to be left wondering what could have been for the Packers.

The team went 13-3 during the regular season, with Rodgers throwing for 48 touchdowns and only five interceptions. Now, however, the team will have to watch Brady try and win his seventh Super Bowl ring, as he’ll take on either the Buffalo Bills or Kansas City Chiefs. Despite what Bayless had to say, this loss isn’t on Rodgers. Not one bit.

Next. Matt LaFleur’s late FG decision will haunt the Packers for years. dark
