Pick Analysis. Linebacker. Garret Wallow. player. 57. Scouting Report. TCU. 180

The Bears have a lot of star power in their linebacker room, but they could stand to add a prospect like Wallow who specializes in coverage. He will enter the NFL as a pretty raw three-down linebacker, but he’s got intriguing upside for a player that should be available in Round 6.

Wallow will be best served by playing in nickel and dime packages to begin his pro career. It’s not that he isn’t a willing tackler, it’s just that he lacks the size to really hold up at the point of attack against the run. That’s alright by the Bears who already have more than enough physicality at linebacker.

Ole Miss. Kenny Yeboah. 196. player. 57. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Tight end

Jimmy Graham and Cole Kmet give the Bears a quality 1-2 punch at tight end heading into the 2021 campaign, but Graham needs to be replaced in the near future. Gambling on an intriguing talent like Yeboah in Round 7 could help Chicago make that transition on the cheap.

Yeboah will enter the NFL as a polished in-line tight end who already has the ability to run a diverse group of routes. He isn’t a dominant blocker, but that’s not a weakness of his film either. Add it all up and he’s a well-rounded tight end capable of growing into a No. 2 option for Chicago over time.
