LeBron James is trying to live vicariously through Tom Brady after the quarterback was seen a little wobbly following the Buccaneers’ championship celebration.

LeBron James delivered the city of Los Angeles an NBA championship in 2020 down in the NBA bubble. The feat was special, but the reality of COVID-19 meant there could not be a parade back in Southern California.

Things are different for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who took to the water Wednesday to hold a parade from a safe distance. Tom Brady was seen a little woozy after downing a week’s worth of drinks and looked to be having quite a great time.

James tweeted out a hilarious response after seeing Brady and is hoping to follow suit. If we know the King, there will be a bottle of wine in tow.

James ready for a celebration

The Los Angeles Lakers are going to have a parade at some point and it is possible it will be to celebrate back-to-back championships. Unfortunately, there still is no clear timetable on when it will be safe, or rather deemed safe, to gather in the streets in support of the Lakers.

But James has made it clear he is ready for a real party. It is already fun to imagine all the celebrations that will take place once it is safe to do so and that will go beyond the world of sports.

The last championship parade James was a part of took place in Cleveland back in 2016. The streets were flooded with fans, J.R. Smith was shirtless, and it was a party 50 years in the making. Consider the size of Los Angeles and the fact a parade will come once COVID subsides and it should be a party for the ages.

James is ready to party so hard he has trouble walking. Aren’t we all?
