58. . Quarterback. Washington Commanders. Mac Jones. 19. player

With the number 19 overall pick, the Washington Football Team finally gets their long-term answer at the quarterback position. The Dwayne Haskins experiment faltered last season, as they turned to veteran Alex Smith under center, who definitely is not the long-term fix in our nation’s capital.

With pick 19, the Washington Football Team selects Alabama signal-caller Mac Jones, who is coming off a near Heisman Trophy-winning season. Jones is a winner, can make all the throws, and on this Washington Football Team, would become one of the key players in a rebuild on offense.

Christian Darrisaw. 20. player. 57. . Offensive Tackle. Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears are going to be players for a veteran quarterback this off-season, as they are rumored to be interested in guys like Carson Wentz and Derek Carr via trade. Whoever is under center next season, this team needs help up front along the offensive line, and they get some with pick number 20 overall.

With this selection, the Chicago Bears select Virginia Tech offensive tackle Christian Darrisaw, an absolute mauler who can play on the left side at the next level. Remember, this was a playoff team last year thanks to the defense, so bolstering the offense has to be priority number one this off-season.

Cornerback. Indianapolis Colts. Jaycee Horn. 21. player. 46.

There is still no word as to what the Indianapolis Colts plan to do with the quarterback position, as Philip Rivers retired after the 2020 NFL season. A playoff team last season, the Colts have solid talent on both sides of the ball but will need to improve in their secondary if they want to win the AFC South moving forward.

One player that should be drafted in the first round this April is Jaycee Horn, a talented cover guy from the University of South Carolina. Horn is widely regarded as one of the top cornerbacks in this draft class, and with Indianapolis, he will have the opportunity to start right away.
