2. TE Jimmy Graham

In the midst of his first five seasons in the league as a member of the New Orleans Saints, he was consistently in the discussion when it came to being the best tight end in the league. But talented Jimmy Graham went from three time Pro Bowler and one-time All-Pro in the Big Easy to journeyman performer. In 2015, the Saints dealt him to Seattle and he spent three seasons in the Pacific Northwest – earning a pair of Pro Bowl invitations. There were two years in Green Bay and after he was released by the Packers last offseason, he was scooped up by the division-rival Bears.

Back to the Saints. In five seasons with that franchise, he totaled 386 catches for 4,752 yards and an impressive 51 touchdowns. He suffered a knee injury in his first year with the ‘Hawks but rebounded the following two years with solid numbers with Pete Carroll’s club. But he disappointed in Green Bay, scoring a total of five touchdowns in two seasons with the club. His first season in the Windy City saw him finish with 50 catches, eight for scores. But he averaged a mere 9.1 yards per grab.

Graham scored the team’s only TD in the playoff loss at New Orleans and it came on the final play of the game. So was it his last moment with the Bears?
