27. . Wing. New York Knicks. Sharife Cooper. 13. player

Immanuel Quickley has been an exciting surprise for the New York Knicks and he certainly looks like a long-term piece for their backcourt. However, his skill set as a point guard isn’t as a high-level creator and distributor and, with this roster still under development, there is plenty of room for other skill packages.

Cooper is a dynamic ball-handler and crafty finisher, using complex dribbling moves, elite quickness and burst and absurd creativity to manufacture scoring opportunities out of thin air. He is the most audacious and inspired passer in this class and his breath-taking assists are going to be regular highlight fodder at the next level.

There are plenty of questions about his upside as a shooter (under 40 percent from the field and 30 percent on 3-pointers) and whether his size (6-foot-1, 180 pounds) will make him a consistent target on defense. But he’d be an electric fan-favorite at MSG and the idea of him throwing lobs to Obi Toppin is too good to pass up.
