Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James looks like he may be looking to relocate after listing his Brentwood mansion for sale.

This year has been an interesting one for the Lakers. They’re coming off of a championship season that they didn’t have much time or freedom to celebrate. COVID-19 has overshadowed this NBA season and Los Angeles has been crippled by injuries. LeBron has had to shoulder a lot of the load in the absence of Anthony Davis and had forced himself into MVP consideration before the team began to struggle lately. Still, they’ve picked up back-to-back wins after losing four straight and are looking to build momentum heading into the All-Star break.

While there’s been plenty of excitement on the court, James has steadily been making moves off of it. Now, it looks like the King may be searching for a new castle.

Lakers star LeBron James is selling his Brentwood mansion

The Lakers superstar has reportedly listed his Brentwood mansion for sale at a hefty price tag of $20 million.

The 9,500-square-foot estate he purchased back in 2015 has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a home gym, a pool, and a media room. James and his family currently live in a $36 million home in Beverly Hills. They bought the home bought back in the fall from its previous owner and creator of the “Young and the Restless” Lee Phillip Bell.

So no, James and his family are not jumping ship. Purple and gold fans shouldn’t be worried. The King is worth close to $1 billion and can afford to move some pieces around his monopoly board.
