1. Haason Reddick

Watt’s decision to land with the Cardinals almost certainly means Arizona can’t keep Haason Reddick in the fold. Pittsburgh should look to take advantage of that development by landing the speedy edge-rusher in free agency.

Reddick picked the right time to play his best football. After looking lost for the first three-plus seasons of his professional career, he finally started to pay dividends for the Cardinals after being freed to rush the passer from the edge. That’s where Reddick’s speed really allows him to torment opposing offenses.

It’s fair to criticize him for being a player who doesn’t offer much else from his outside linebacker spot. He’s too small to hold up against the run and he doesn’t show much feel for being a coverage guy. Pittsburgh doesn’t need him to really do either of those two things.

They can turn him loose to rush the quarterback with reckless abandon. It’s easy to envision a scenario where Reddick logs double-digit sacks for the Steelers in 2021. He could turn into the perfect successor for Dupree in Tomlin’s defense.
