23. Ray Lewis, former Miami linebacker

Has there ever been a better motivator in the history of football? A football team should hire Ray Lewis to deliver the pregame, postgame and halftime speeches. No matter what level of football Lewis coaches, the two Super Bowl titles and induction into the NFL Hall of Fame give Lewis instant credibility in any locker room.

Whether as a standout linebacker at Miami or an All-Pro in Baltimore, Lewis had the ability to get the most from his teammates. Lewis would be an ideal candidate at a program that does not always get the top recruits. Lewis would be a great motivator with the ability to get his players to find their ceiling.

Lewis is more than just a firey speaker that players could get behind. As both a player and an analyst, Lewis has a profound understanding of the game. Middle linebackers are the quarterbacks of the defense. It is their responsibility to make sure the defense is in the right formation in the right situation. Lewis was one of the best middle linebackers in the history of the game. There is no doubt Lewis would bring that expertise to the sidelines.
