111. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Wide receiver. Louisville. Tutu Atwell. player. 53

Mayfield will need to wait a long time to see his franchise give him a new weapon to work with, but grabbing Atwell in Round 4 would be worth the wait. He’s just the sort of slot receiver the Browns offense needs if it’s going to take the next step in their development.

Atwell isn’t an accomplished route-runner, but his juice with the ball in his hands jumps out on his collegiate tape. He’s got speed and wiggle that you just can’t teach. He can’t help Cleveland on the outside, but he can provide real value as a danger man in the slot.

Scouting Report. Guard. Robert Jones. 133. player. Pick Analysis. Middle Tennessee State. 53

Adding valuable offensive line depth is always a solid strategy for a playoff team in Round 3. Jones isn’t ready to play meaningful snaps right away, but he’s got the potential to turn into a quality mauler at guard after a season or two of NFL coaching.

The Browns could opt for a more polished guard at this spot in the draft, but Jones has more upside than the other interior lineman who will be available this late in the draft. Landing him in Round 4 would be a quality investment in the future of Cleveland’s offensive line.
