DraftKings 2021 Masters fantasy golf picks: DFS predictions and lineup
DraftKings 2021 Masters picks: $9,000 range
Patrick Cantlay ($9,800) – Cantlay is a sleeping giant that too many people seem to overlook. He’s been one of the best all-around players in the world over the past three months and it’s hard to think he shouldn’t be one of the favorites to win The Masters.
Collin Morikawa ($9,600) – Ball-striking is key at Augusta and few in the world are better than Morikawa when it comes to that. His game has been a bit erratic and I do worry about his putter but coming back to the irons still gives me a favorable opinion of the youngster.
Jordan Spieth ($9,400) – The Jordan Spieth rennaissance has reached its peak after winning the Valero Texas Open. He loves Augusta and has a litany of great finishes and now his form is suited for another of those. His ownership percentage on DraftKings is the only concerning part.
Patrick Reed ($9,300) – I’m not a fan of what Reed’s tee-to-green game has been recently but he remains one of the elite short game players in the world. He’s a past winner who has proven his style can work at Augusta, but you have to wonder if this is a week for it or not.
Brooks Koepka ($9,200) – The enigma is even more enigmatic. We all thought Koepka was going to have to miss this tournament, yet here he is ready to play. Having said that, the health terrifies me and it’s going to be hard to put him in many lineups.
Tony Finau ($9,100) – After coming up short of an elusive win time and again, something might’ve broken with Finau. He’s missed his last two cuts and his form isn’t great. There are some good vibes for his game and Augusta but his price on DraftKings is a bit too high for me.
Webb Simpson ($9,000) – This isn’t necessarily a great course fit for Simpson and his recent form (missed cut at THE PLAYERS) is less than inspiring. He was T10 in 2020 at The Masters but it would have to take a strong feeling for me to play him in this price range and I don’t have that.
