DraftKings 2021 Masters fantasy golf picks: DFS predictions and lineup
DraftKings 2021 Masters picks: $7,000 range
Sergio Garcia ($7,900) – A past winner who has found some form this year, Sergio is rolling in a big way with his ball-striking. You have to wonder if his putting will pop up and hurt him but it’s often good vibes for Garcia at Augusta.
Bubba Watson ($7,800) – Speaking of good vibes, this is what you have to call a “Bubba Course”. Watson has made a career by thriving at certain places and tournaments and this is one of them. The recent form isn’t there but he always pops up around the azaleas.
Paul Casey ($7,700) – Quietly, Casey might be one of the best iron players in the world right now and could be playing the best golf of his career. He’s played well at The Masters previously and this could be a smash spot for him.
Adam Scott ($7,600) – Nothing about Scott’s form can truly be inspiring but he’s another past champion who knows the lay of the land here and could come up and make an appearance at the top of the leaderboard.
Louis Oosthuizen ($7,500) – With great course history and as an elite ball-striker by trade, you have to like Oosthuizen at this spot. If his putter stays as hot as its been this season, he could truly compete for the Green Jacket at extreme value on DraftKings.
Joaquin Niemann ($7,400) – Niemann is a hot-or-cold player that is sometimes difficult to trust but his best form could be lethal at The Masters. We’ll see if he can harness all the talent this week but it’s definitely there for him to make a big move this week at a major.
Will Zalatoris ($7,300) – Yes, Zalatoris is 24 years old and making his Masters debut as a pro. That could scare some away but his game is perfect for this venue. If he can avoid getting overwhelmed by the arena, he could make a ton of noise.
Billy Horschel ($7,200) – Horschel’s grinding style doesn’t necessarily make me confident in him playing at Augusta but I do like the fact that he weathered some tough conditions in the Match Play to win.
Max Homa ($7,100) – People continue to sleep on Homa after a strong run of success overall in 2021. He’s played well with his irons but his Masters experience isn’t all that great. Still, this price is quite impressive.
Victor Perez ($7,000) – Perez was a shocker at the Match Play and he made the cut here in November. He could possibly be a value play and pop up to prove he’s one of the world’s best.
