4. Parris Campbell, WR

In two NFL seasons since being drafted in the second round out of Ohio State, Campbell has played just nine games. Last year it was a Week 2 PCL injury that eventually cost him the rest of the season, after a promising Week 1 (six catches for 71 yards, on nine targets). Multiple injuries cost him time as a rookie in 2019.

Other than re-signing T.Y. Hilton, and barring an early draft pick, the Colts have not done anything notable to add a wide receiver. So there’s a role open for Campbell to take, provided he can stay on the field. Ballard has chalked up the injuries to bad luck while citing Campbell’s value going forward.

Campbell is probably bigger than you think (205-210 pounds), with speed to burn if his knee is right (4.31 40 at the 2019 Scouting Combine). Simply finding a way to get the ball in his hands could unlock an untapped part of the Colts’ offense, and having all the possible weapons around Wentz is obviously ideal. The biggest question is health for Campbell until he proves it’s not a question, but his upside remains intact until further notice.
