1. Kelly Oubre Jr.

At the top of our list, how about Oubre heading to the Empire State and playing next season at Madison Square Garden? That’s right, the New York Knicks indeed like the idea of having the wing head to the Eastern Conference, as they could potentially put a sizable offer on the table.

Oubre going to New York would make sense. The excitement around the Knicks hasn’t been this high in what feels like the past 15 years. During the regular season, New York closed the year out with a 41-31 record. Then, they met up with the Atlanta Hawks in the first round of the playoffs in hopes of surprising some folks.

Unfortunately for the Knicks, Atlanta took them down in five games. However, the atmosphere at MSG was downright sensational for that postseason action. People from all five New York City boroughs are hopeful that same energy can return come next spring. Oubre thrives off electric crowd environments, and if joined the Knicks and head coach Tom Thibodeau, the reigning Coach of the Year, this team could be ready to put together a memorable campaign.
