Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Carl Nassib has been showered with love, and he now holds the top-selling jersey in the NFL in the past 24 hours.

Earlier this week, Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Carl Nassib made NFL history, as he courageously announced that he’s gay, becoming the first active player to do so. The 6-foot-7, 275-pounder has received plenty of love from all over the country ever since he made his announcement.

Fans continue to show their support for him, as Nassib’s jersey is the highest-selling one in the past 24 hours. This just makes things all the more special for the Las Vegas veteran.

Once Nassib sees this tweet from NFL insider Adam Schefter, he’s sure to smile from ear to ear. It understandably wasn’t easy for him to come out, but he decided enough was enough and he wanted to make things public to try and inspire others. He’s no question done that.

In return, people have been incredibly supportive of him, with thousands of fans ready to rock his jersey with pride once the 2021 campaign rolls around. It’s not just Raiders supporters, though. Nassib has gained so many more people in his corner regardless of the team they love cheering for.

Nassib spent the first two years of his career with the Cleveland Browns. Then, he spent two seasons with Tampa Bay before joining the Raiders in 2020. Last season for Jon Gruden, Nassib posted 28 tackles, 2.5 sacks and one interception. He’s ready to post even bigger numbers once the fall arrives.

Entering that new season, Nassib has already accomplished so much off the field. Even bigger things figure to be on the way for him starting in Week 1.
