3 starters Cleveland should sell to the highest bidder at the trade deadline

Eddie Rosario could provide the ideal left-handed power bat at the deadline
After years of seeing him do damage on them for the division rival Minnesota Twins, Cleveland sneakily acquired left fielder Eddie Rosario this offseason. While he has been serviceable at the plate this season with a .254 batting average, his slugging percentage of .389 is well below his career average of .470. Rosario has only gone deep just seven times for Cleveland in 78 games.
Since he only signed a one-year deal in free agency last winter, Rosario will be hitting the open market once again this offseason. While he is not slated to get the pay day he and his camp were probably hoping for, perhaps Cleveland can get something of note for him if they were to place him on the trading block? He may be dealing with an abdominal strain, but his power could be coveted.
A team in need of outfield production could use his services at the deadline. Cleveland may not be invested in him long-term, so it is infinitely more likely he is shipped out of town than someone like Bieber would be. While his trade value has taken a bit of a hit, Cleveland may accept Rosario is a depreciating asset and could look to get something significant for him by the end of the month.
If Rosario is healthy in the second half, it could be a huge boost to whatever team he is traded to.
