For Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon, he can proudly call himself an apple sauce ambassador after all these years.

Who would have thought Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon had such a passion for apple sauce? As it turns out, the second-year running back has made it quite clear since his days at Boston College that he loves the snack and has no shame in how much he eats of it.

Well, it turns out the kind folks at Mott’s found out about Dillon’s love for the delicious treat. They were so happy about things, they put an endorsement deal on the table for the Packers back.

AJ Dillon signing an apple sauce endorsement deal really is outstanding

With Dillon’s love for apple sauce, this really is a great fit. Who knew this is where his ‘The Sauce’ nickname came from? This makes things even better. At the same time, does this mean Dillon will stick with The Sauce instead of Quadzilla and The Quadfather?

He adopted those nicknames earlier this year after he showcased the kind of quads that even Saquon Barkley would be jealous of.

Regardless, Dillon will surely be more focused on trying to have a big-time second season with the Packers. Last year, he appeared in 11 games for the NFC North champs, carrying the ball 46 times for 242 yards and two touchdowns.

With Jamaal Williams leaving Lambeau Field this offseason to join the Detroit Lions, Dillon is expected to see a lot more action on the gridiron for the team. When he does take the field in hopes of breaking free for big runs, he’ll have countless supporters ready to cheer him on. This now includes the entire Mott’s family.
