Best Kris Bryant trades for Mets, Padres and Braves

Here’s how the San Diego Padres trade for Kris Bryant
There was no team that was more active on the trading block this past winter than the Padres. Come on, they managed to get two aces in Yu Darvish and Blake Snell from the Chicago Cubs and Tampa Bay Rays, respectively. Speaking of the Cubs, the Padres could certainly do business with them to give them a boost in the tight NL West.
San Diego is duking it out with the San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers for first place in the division. If the Dodgers have shown the baseball world anything in the past year, it is that there is always room for premium talent to make a deep postseason push. The Padres may very well follow that strategy by adding Bryant.
Of course, Bryant will not be manning the hot corner since the Padres already have Manny Machado. Instead, he will go in the outfield. This season, Bryant has played in the outfield in 60 games, 45 of which were starts.
The Padres have the sixth-best farm system in the league, and that is after their bevy of moves in the offseason. It is safe to say that the Padres will not be surrendering either Mackenzie Gore, C.J. Abrams or Luis Campusano in a deal for Bryant. But, the Padres could offer outfielder Joshua Mears (No. 9 prospect) and right-handed pitcher Steven Wilson (No. 16) to get a deal done.
