Odds of every NFL team winning Super Bowl 56: Washington Football Team +5000

The Washington Football Team is seriously one piece away from having their Super Bowl odds soar through the roof. Unfortunately for them and their loyal fans, the position that they are ultimately lacking in is the most important on the field: the quarterback.

Somehow, Washington managed to eke by everyone else and take home the NFC East crown last year. They did so with a quarterback crew that was held together by mostly duck tape and glue. Alex Smith literally had one good leg but played sound football, while Dwayne Haskins turned into a monumental bust.

Led by number two overall pick Chase Young and a pack of hungry defenders, Washington has arguably the best defensive front four in all of football. But while they’ll be in the quarterback’s grill all night, they don’t have a reliable one of their own. To help in that department, Washington signed Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Throughout most of his career, he’s been a solid player. At times, he’s flashed the sort of arm and ability that can compete with anyone. With that said, Washington isn’t going anywhere with a player who’s proven to be turnover prone and close to 40 years of age. They might be able to repeat as NFC East Champions. But in terms of winning the whole thing? They’ve got no chance.
