Odds of every NFL team winning Super Bowl 56: Chicago Bears +5000

It’s always the same old problem for the Chicago Bears. This past season, they ranked in the top half of the league in passing yards allowed, rushing yards allowed and average points against per game. But that doesn’t come as a surprise, the Chicago Bears have always had a stout defense. Even if we take a trip back in time and look at the 1985 version of this team, they were led by a ridiculously great defense.

Heading into the 2021 season, Bears fans can expect much of the same. On a bright note, they got rid of perpetual failure at the quarterback position in Mitchell Trubisky. Still, even with him out of the locker room, the Bears don’t have much to work with in terms of signal-callers.

Nick Foles has proven time and time again that he doesn’t have any magic up his sleeves unless he’s in Philadelphia. Newly acquired Andy Dalton has been very good for a long time but as of late, he’s been awful.

The biggest move for the Bears has undoubtedly been the acquisition of rookie QB Justin Fields. But while his future is bright, he’ll do very little to help an offense that appears destined to make an appearance at the bottom of the barrel this upcoming season.
