NFL Odds: Every team’s chance to win NFL Super Bowl 56
Odds of every NFL team winning Super Bowl 56: Denver Broncos +1700
We must’ve missed the memo. When did the Denver Broncos become an elite team? They haven’t won double-digit games in over five seasons. They also haven’t had a quarterback.
Before Aaron Rodgers decided to play nice with the Green Bay Packers, the Broncos emerged as a possible landing spot. If that became a reality, the Broncos would easily be considered a Super Bowl threat. However, with Drew Lock and Jeff Driskel expected to be their main contributors from the quarterback position, this team is going nowhere fast.
On paper, they still have some of the best defenders in the game. Von Miller should bounce back nicely from an injury hit year, Bradley Chubb notched his first Pro Bowl appearance and they have a bevy of talented players on the defensive side of the ball. Ultimately, their downfall will come from the quarterback spot. Simply put, they don’t have anyone who appears to be even remotely average.
As for their Super Bowl dreams, don’t count on it. This team will struggle all season long and will rack up losses at a nauseating rate.
