1. Isaiah Thomas

While Isaiah Thomas has been getting a lot of hype after his 81-point game in the Pro-Am showcase, he still really wants to carve out an NBA role.

This hypothetical is just that– hypothetical — but what if it did come to fruition?

Thomas has been overlooked long enough. He’s familiar with Los Angeles, since he played with the Lakers for 17 games in the past. Though his injuries are one of the biggest arguments as to why a team shouldn’t sign him, adding Thomas as a low-risk signing makes far more sense, especially considering what he could do as an offensive threat off the bench.

Isaiah can create his own shot, which is a valuable asset in this league. In the end, if LeBron wants him, Rob Pelinka ought to listen.
