3 bargain bin free agents Warriors can still sign

While it seems farfetched, let’s break down why this would be more plausible.

Firstly, the Warriors have been big spenders this year. Actually, this is pretty common for this team to put more money into their team than they should. As a matter of fact, NBC Sports reported that this is the fourth time in five years that the team has hit the luxury tax mark, meaning that they spend more than most teams typically do.

This option does sound uninteresting, but it could definitely happen. The goal is for Golden State to find a bargain-bin option and this is about as bargain-bin as it can possibly get.

While there are great opportunities to sign free agents early, leaving the spot open allows for the opportunity to sign players during buyout season. For Golden State, it gives them the opportunity to not splurge and focus on the team they have now.
