1. Aaron Rodgers is just too good

There may not be a more dangerous quarterback in the NFL than a wounded Aaron Rodgers. He’s wired to take the mountain of criticism he’s faced this week personally. That’s bad news for a Lions team that has to face him and his wrath on Sunday.

Rodgers may not be permitted to throw the ball as often as he wants, but look for him to operate with deadly efficiency. Curiously, his stat line may look very similar to what Jameis Winston did to his defense in the opener.

LaFleur and his staff will give him some easy throws early to get him in the flow, but it’s the deep shots he gets to take off of play-action that are really going to torment the Lions’ secondary. Look for Adams to really bounce back from a relatively anonymous Week 1 performance as a result.
