How to watch the Muhammad Ali documentary, part 3, on PBS.

We’re halfway through the four-part Ken Burns documentary, Muhammad Ali, and it’s been fantastic so far. The series features a different portion of Ali’s illustrious life. Part one featured the years 1942-1964 and the Sonny Liston fight. Part 2 featured the years 1964-1970 and the events surrounding his name change from Cassius Clay to what we know him as today.

Part three of the documentary will air on Tuesday, Sept. 21 at 8/7c and will feature the next stage of Ali’s life.

According to PBS, part three is aptly named Round Three: The Rivalry (1970-1974) and is described as the following:

“Muhammad Ali faces Joe Frazier in the “Fight of the Century.” Though he loses, Ali becomes a hero. The Supreme Court overturns Ali’s conviction, validating his refusal to serve in the war in Vietnam and in 1974, Ali outduels Frazier, his greatest rival, in their highly anticipated rematch. But to complete his comeback, he must face the fearsome George Foreman.”
