Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears fans reveled in the Minnesota Vikings’ shocking loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

The Minnesota Vikings wanted to put Week 1 behind them after they lost to the Cincinnati Bengals in overtime. They had themselves a great opportunity this Sunday, as they were in a tough battle against the Arizona Cardinals. They even had the chance to win the game, as they marched down the field trailing 34-33 with regulation time expiring.

Things took a devastating turn, as Minnesota kicker Greg Joseph missed a 37-yard field goal by chipping it wide right to give the Cardinals the victory. Of course, Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers fans jumped in to poke fun at their division rival.

Packers fans are playing with fire, as their team has yet to play. Green Bay does so on Monday night, when they face the Detroit Lions. As for Bears fans, they were more inclined to poke fun at the Vikings, as Chicago managed to pull away with the 20-17 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

While the Vikings defense did have to contend against dual-threat quarterback Kyler Murray, they did intercept him twice in the second half. Quarterback Kirk Cousins completed 22-of-32 pass attempts for 244 yards and three touchdowns. Running back Dalvin Cook rushed for 131 yards on 22 carries and that is with him visiting the medical tent on multiple occasions.

Minnesota fans will wallow in their favorite team’s loss, as they hope their misfortunes can turn around next week when they host the Seattle Seahawks. If they do, you best believe that Vikings fans will be tweeting out their joy.
