3. Russell Wilson will score four touchdowns, one of them rushing

Four touchdowns is a lot for any quarterback, but it’s never out of reach for one of the best quarterbacks in the league.

In fact, Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson already scored four touchdowns in his Week 1 win, making this prediction all the more possible. When Wilson played against Minnesota last year, the game only resulted in three touchdowns, but four is even more possible in light of the Vikings’ current injuries.

Even more than last year, Wilson has a fair chance of getting four scores on Sunday by utilizing Lockett, Metcalf, and perhaps his own legs. Wilson has been known to scramble in for a quick touchdown when needed, so it’s not out of the question that he makes it happen once again against the Vikings.

In addition to his wide receivers, Wilson could use running back Chris Carson and tight end Gerald Everett to score more in Week 3. With a 68-yard touchdown to Freddie Swain last week, Wilson proved once again that he is open to opening up the offense to as many receivers as possible.

Despite his reputation as a scrambler, Wilson only has 21 rushing touchdowns in his career, but he could get one against a dilapidated Vikings defense this week. With a healthy offense, Wilson will use any means necessary to take home the win for a 2-1 record to open the season.
