3. Javonte Williams records first 100-yard game

The Broncos loved Javonte Williams so much, that they traded up in the second-round of the NFL Draft to select him. Williams showed flashes of his skillset in the team’s 27-13 win over the Giants. But in Jacksonville, the rookie made the most of his carries.

On 13 attempts, Williams rushed for 64 yards. His longest run came at 16 yards, where he refused to go down against the Jaguars. Take a look for yourself. Meanwhile, veteran Melvin Gordon received the same amount of carries, but only logged 31 yards.

Williams truly has a chance to breakout in a favorable matchup against the Jets, as they surrendered 101 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries by four Patriots running backs. Damien Harris put in most of the damage with 62 yards on 16 carries with his longest run coming at 26 yards.

Given that, we can definitely see Williams earning the first 100-yard game of his NFL career.
