Cam Dantzler sends cryptic message on Twitter after Vikings’ first win of season
By John Buhler
Cam Dantzler tweets out a cryptic message after the Minnesota Vikings’ first win of 2021.
While most people in the Minnesota Vikings‘ locker room are happy after getting their first victory of the season, defensive back Cam Dantzler is frustrated by his lack of playing time.
Despite having their way with the Seattle Seahawks in their 30-17 win at home on Sunday, all Dantzler was concerned about was his lack of snaps. Shortly after the game, Dantzler tweeted out a cryptic message about it, possibly taking a jab at Bashaud Breeland for getting more run than him in the secondary. Dantzler deleted the tweet shortly after the fact, but there are screenshots.
Even in victory, the Vikings will find a way to self-destruct as they tend to do from time to time.
Cam Dantzler sends cryptic message out about playing time after Vikings win
Depending on how Sunday Night Football shakes out between the Green Bay Packers and the San Francisco 49ers, the Vikings could be in first place in the NFC North at 1-2. The first, most important goal any NFL team must try to accomplish is win one’s division. Minnesota can still do that, but having players voice their frustrations in a public manner like this is never a good thing.
The Vikings continue to be one of the noisiest organizations in the entire league this season.
