1. Washington Football Team, Week 16

The Washington Football Team won the division last year thanks in part to their dominant defense coached up by Ron Rivera. But this year, the defense has not lived up to their lofty expectations this season.

Even though Washington did limit the Los Angeles Chargers to 20 points in their season-opener, they surrendered 29 points to the New York Giants on the Week 2 edition of Thursday Night Football and gave up 43 points to the Buffalo Bills.

Taking that last game into account, the Cowboys should thrive against Washington this season.

This Cowboys team is perhaps the most well-rounded team they have had in quite some time. Not only do they have their trademark electric offense, but their defense has been sneakily strong with their additions this offseason and with new defensive coordinator Dan Quinn. Regardless of whether the quarterback is Taylor Heinicke or Ryan Fitzpatrick, Dallas’ defense will and should limit Washington’s offensive production.

Dallas can likely clinch up the division (if they have not already) in Week 16 when they host the Washington Football Team
