Running Backs

Aaron Jones: Green Bay Packers vs. Pittsburgh Steelers ($7,400)

Yes, the Packers are facing the Steelers in Week 4, but don’t be afraid of what appears to be a daunting matchup. Time and again, Jones has proven that he can eat in this offense, even with the Aaron Rodgers-Davante Adams connection in full force.

As Green Bay’s primary running back, Jones got at least 17 carries in each of his last two games and has caught all of his targets so far this season. Rodgers is sure to toss a couple passes Jones’ way, but his high-volume as a rusher means he’s guaranteed to return on his value.

Part of the appeal of Jones is his dependability every fantasy season, and outside of that New Orleans Saints outlier, he’s delivered in every game when given the chance.

The Steelers are ranked tenth against the rush, but Jones is likely to find use and at least one touchdown against Pittsburgh.

Kareem Hunt: Cleveland Browns vs. Minnesota Vikings ($6,400)

Hunt was drafted well after Nick Chubb in fantasy leagues, but the former Kansas City Chiefs halfback has taken on pass-catching duties in the Browns backfield.

Without receptions, Hunt has fared poorly, as he did in Week 2 against the Houston Texans with only 5.8 fantasy points. But Week 3 against the Chicago Bears was perfect, as Hunt nabbed six receptions for 74 yards and 24.5 fantasy points.

Hunt is a sure-handed catcher, with only one miss out of eleven total targets this season. His rushing yards are secondary fantasy-wise to his value as a receiver.

It also doesn’t hurt that Hunt has scored a touchdown in two of his last three games, giving decent odds for a relatively inexpensive gamble.
