1. Vikings vs. Browns predictions: Cleveland wins 31-20

The Browns have found a formula to winning and if it wasn’t for a fourth quarter collapse against the explosive Kansas City Chiefs, they’d be undefeated. It they will have to settle for moving to 3-1 this week.

The formula to winning for Cleveland is a dominant run game. Through three games, running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt have combined for 427 rushing yards and five touchdowns. Both backs are averaging north of 5.5 yards a carry. No team has found a way to slow them down and that won’t start Sunday.

In addition to struggling against the pass, the Vikings defense are struggling against the run. After their first three opponents they are allowing 4.8 yards a carry and 119.3 rushing yards a game. That’s a bad look with one of the NFL’s top rushing attack coming into town.

Minnesota has been trying to work through their defensive struggles with an explosive offense. That has resulted in them losing two of their first three games by a combined four points. If they allow Myles Garrett and the Browns defense to pick up where they left off, the Vikings will find themselves 1-3.
