2. Tim Patrick logs over 100-yards

The Broncos’ strength entering the season has now become a weakness. The wide receiver position has been hit hard at the start of the season. The Broncos watched Jerry Jeudy get carted off the field with a high-ankle sprain in Week 1, and recently lost K.J. Hamler to a torn ACL suffered in this past Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.

With this latest injury news, this could very well be a huge week for Tim Patrick.

Facing off against the Jets this past weekend, Patrick caught all five of his targets from Teddy Bridgewater for 98 yards. One of those catches was a huge 31-yard sideline catch over New York cornerback Brandin Nichols in the fourth quarter.

With Hamler out, you can expect Patrick to be featured heavily in offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur’s game plan against Baltimore this week. You can book Patrick to log over 100-yards.
