4. Chicago Bears

Chicago Bears rookie quarterback Justin Fields rebounded from one of the worst offensive performances ever in a Week 3 loss to the Cleveland Browns with a 24-14 win over the Detroit Lions in Week 4.

Fields got his first real look at being an NFL quarterback in Week 2 whenever he took over for an injured Andy Dalton in the second quarter. Justin had bumpy performances in Week 2 and 3, but that’s expected for a first-timer. He proved during his second-career start in Week 4 that the reins should remain in his hands even after Dalton returns from his knee injury.

Fields went 11-of-17 for 209 yards and one interception. He led the offense to a touchdown on both the first and second drives of the game. His growth is still a work in progress, but Justin took a huge step from his 68 passing yards in Week 3.

Bears coach Matt Nagy has continued to hold Fields’ abilities back by not changing up on his stance that Andy is Chicago’s QB1. Justin is the Bears franchise quarterback and Dalton shouldn’t have a starting job with Chicago ever again. The sooner that the Bears realize that, the brighter the future will be.
