3. RB/WR Cordarrelle Patterson vs. the New York Jets

Cordarrelle Patterson has been an absolute revolution for the Atlanta Falcons offense. All eyes were on Calvin Ridley and Kyle Pitts in the offseason, but it’s Patterson who has 354 total yards and four total touchdowns. He’s split time with running back Mike Davis, but he’s also been valuable as a wide receiver.

Regardless of what position Patterson plays in Week 5, he’s going to produce against a treacherous Jets defense. It’s obvious that he’s a significant part of the Falcons’ offense, and he will get plenty of opportunities.

It’s time to take Patterson seriously and start him in 10-12 team fantasy leagues wherever you can fit him in. He’s been too good to ignore any longer. He’s also an interesting DFS play since he qualifies for both positions and will be cheap.
