Bold Prediction #5: Daniel Jones scores more points than Dak Prescott

Daniel Jones has quietly been a top-10 quarterback in fantasy this season. Only five quarterbacks have scored more points this season. He is ahead of some names like Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Russell Wilson, Matthew Stafford, and Dak Prescott. That final name is significant here.

Prescott has been really good this season, but with the emergence of the Cowboys running game, he isn’t as crucial as he was in the first few weeks of the season. He still had a big week with four touchdowns passing, but he only had 188 yards. So, his day would have been so much better if this was Week 1 when the running game couldn’t get off the ground.

The Cowboys allow the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. They’ve allowed 300 yards passing to every single QB this season. That includes Sam Darnold and Jalen Hurts. Jones is going to eat in this matchup.

On top of all that, this is expected to be a high-scoring matchup. The Giants hope Saquon Barkley is back to 100%, and he will want to prove that he’s ready to lead this offense. That could open the door for a big Daniel Jones run and a few big passes. The Giants finally got their first win of the season, and that has the team confident in the Jason Garrett offense.
