8. Jared Cook, Los Angeles Chargers

Rostered: 54.9%

Jared Cook finally scored his first touchdown of the season last week! Cook had an odd start to the season. He was targeted in the red zone multiple times, and he even had a touchdown nullified due to a penalty in Week 2 against the Cowboys.

Cook is a talented tight end, and he plays a significant role in the Chargers’ offense. So, it was only a matter of time before he had a breakout game. Last week, Cook had six receptions for 70 yards and a touchdown against the Raiders.

This season, Cook is a top ten tight end in both targets and red zone targets. Every week, he has TE1 upside.

7. Hunter Henry, New England Patriots

Rostered: 35.9%

Hunter Henry has been a solid TE2 this season, but he has not been a good starting option in most leagues.

The presence of Jonnu Smith has limited Henry’s upside. Additionally, the Patriots’ passing attack has been unspectacular. As a team, the Patriots have four passing touchdowns this season.

However, this week’s matchup is too good to pass up. Henry will face the Texans, who are giving up the second-most fantasy points to tight ends. Henry is a lock to receive some targets in New England’s passing game, and he will have a good opportunity to score a touchdown this Sunday.
