8. Jamison Crowder, New York Jets

One of the highest-floor players every year, regardless of team, quarterback, or situation is Jets’ wide receiver Jamison Crowder. Many thought things would be different with rookie quarterback Zach Wilson, the drafting of slot receiver Elijah Moore, and Crowder’s injury to start the year.

Sure enough, he made his debut in Week 4 catching seven-of-nine targets for 61 yards and a touchdown. He looks to have made an instant connection with Wilson, and he gets a much easier matchup against the Atlanta Falcons this week.

Start Crowder with confidence, as there will be no scenario where the Jets will focus on establishing the run. He’ll get plenty of opportunities and is a FLEX and DFS play this week.

7. Kadarius Toney, New York Giants

On the other New York team is Giants’ rookie Kadarius Toney, who thrived in an expanded role last week, catching six-of-nine targets 78 yards. He looked explosive while doing so, stopping on a dime and outrunning defensive backs.

Toney’s play and his first-round pedigree should keep him on the field in three-wide sets for the Giants, potentially overtaking Darius Slayton and maybe even Sterling Shepard.

Toney is an intriguing play against Dallas in a potential shootout.
