2. Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals

Tee Higgins has missed the past two weeks with injury, which is why many fantasy managers have forgotten about him. He’s set to return in Week 5, where he should return to steady volume as one of Joe Burrow’s top targets.

The Bengals play the Green Bay Packers and will have to be throwing quite a bit to keep up. While Ja’Marr Chase is establishing himself as the number one wideout, Burrow has been able to spread the ball around to keep multiple receivers fantasy relevant.

Safely return Higgins to your lineups and expect him to return to steady volume.

1. Laviska Shenault Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars

With D.J. Chark suffering a broken ankle, Laviska Shenault is in for an expanded role in the Jacksonville offense. We saw a glimpse of that expanded role last Thursday, where he caught six-of-seven targets for 99 yards.

Shenault will have a featured role in an offense that is one of the most pass-heavy in the entire league. You can take volume and production for Shenault to the bank this week, no matter what format.

Shenault is a startable WR2 and he truthfully has upside for a top-20 finish.
