Tight End: Ricky Seals-Jones, Washington Football Team vs. Kansas City Chiefs-$5,000

Seals-Jones had five catches (on eight targets) for 41 yards against the New Orleans Saints in Week 5, with a couple missed chances that would have boosted his production. He has become Washington’s No. 1 tight end with Logan Thomas (hamstring) on IR, with more than 90 percent of the offensive snaps in back-to-back games. He also has a nice Week 6 matchup coming.

The Kansas City Chiefs have been pretty bad defensively this season. That has gotten all the way to being bad against tight ends, as they’re allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to the position thus far (14.8 per game; Yahoo! 0.5-point PPR). They have allowed the most yards to tight ends through Week 5, with over 100 yards allowed to the position in three of five games. Five tight ends have posted double-digit full PPR points against them.

The tight end landscape requires going a little deeper for viable options some weeks. Seals-Jones is an every down player, with a pass-heavy game virtually guaranteed for his team this week. It doesn’t have to be hard.
