2. Jared Cook, Los Angeles Chargers

Rostered: 64.9%

Despite Jared Cook’s rostered percentage, he is only being started in 38.2% of fantasy leagues. Cook has been surprisingly unpredictable this season.

In Week 4, he had 19 fantasy points against the Las Vegas Raiders and seemed to be building positive momentum. However, Cook was held to only one catch for 29 yards last week against the Cleveland Browns.

Although Cook has been a risky play this season, his matchup against the Ravens’ defense this Sunday raises his floor and ceiling. The Ravens are allowing the third-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season.

1. Ricky Seals-Jones, Washington Football Team

Rostered: 12.6%

Ricky Seals-Jones was targeted eight times last week against the New Orleans Saints with Logan Thomas sidelined with a hamstring injury. He finished the game with five receptions for 41 yards.

This week, he will have an excellent matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs’ defense has struggled this season; they are giving up a league-high 32.6 points per game.

Furthermore, the Chiefs have given up the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season.

Seals-Jones should be locked in as a TE1 this week in all formats.
