2. Eric Bieniemy – Offensive Coordinator, Kansas City Chiefs

This one was obvious and likely does not require much expansion.

On one hand, some recent branches of the Andy Reid coaching tree have not panned out so well. On the other hand, this is likely the most variety an offensive coordinator has ever gotten experience running in the Andy Reid system.

From the 2018 “Tyreek is down there somewhere” offense to the 2019 team that always came back to the 2020 team that had no offensive line to the current team that has one of the best lines in the league. Bieniemy has seen adversity and has seen how Big Red handles it and will likely be able to bring that with him.

In New York, he would likely want to start his tenure with a new quarterback, which spells the end of the road for Daniel Jones. However, the talent the Giants have at their other skills positions gives Bieniemy a ton of room to work and right this ship.

The biggest concern would be making sure he has a competent defensive coordinator to help handle that side of the ball. However, with competent upper management, that should be a process that Bieniemy is helped with and can make a good call on.
