3. LSU Tigers

The LSU Tigers have not had much success after the team won the National Championship in 2019, thanks to the Heisman-caliber performance of quarterback Joe Burrow. Since, the team went 5-5 last year, and are set to part ways with head coach Ed Orgeron after this season. Depending on who replaces Orgeron, Uiagalelei will be an intriguing option for them if he were to hit the transfer portal.

And yes, LSU did make an offer to Uiagalelei in the past.

2. Notre Dame Fighting Irish

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish saw firsthand what Uiagalelei could do last season when Trevor Lawrence was inactive after he tested positive for COVID-19. Uiagalelei completed 29-of-44 pass attempts for 439 yards and two touchdowns in Clemson’s 47-40 double-overtime loss.

Notre Dame could be enticed to bring in Uiagalelei to lead the Fighting Irish in hopes of winning the National Championship in the very near future.

1. Texas Longhorns

If Uiagalelei wants to improve his game, there is no better fit than the Texas Longhorns. Their head coach is Steve Sarkisian, who spent the previous two years as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide. He just so happened to work with Tua Tagovailoa and Mac Jones, both of whom turned out to be first-round NFL Draft picks.

Uiagalelei going to Austin would be a smart move, but only if he decides to move on from Clemson.
