55. . 3-3. Previous: . Pittsburgh Steelers. 15. team

Thanks to home wins over the Broncos and Seahawks, the latter in overtime, Mike Tomlin’s squad was back at the .500 mark. Pittsburgh’s offensive line has apparently begun to gel in recent weeks and running back Najee Harris is showing why he was a first-round picks. The defense has been spotty to date but outside linebacker T.J. Watt leads the way with seven sacks and three forced fumbles. After a shaky start, Ben Roethlisberger has played better.

Cleveland Browns. 14. team. 53. . 4-3. Previous:

The battered Browns (see Jared Mueller of BrownsWire.com) were back at home for the second time in five days and hosted the slumping Broncos in prime time. Journeyman Case Keenum would get the start in place of hurting Baker Mayfield. The team was without running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt, but D’Ernest Johnson ran 22 times for 146 yards and one touchdown. And Cleveland’s erratic defense limited the Broncos to 223 total yards.

. 3-2. Previous: . New Orleans Saints. 13. team. 15

Sean Payton’s team got some extra, extra time to prepare for this clash as they will make their second trip to Seattle in three years. The club has alternated wins and losses in its first five outings. New Orleans’ defense has been inconsistent at best while quarterback Jameis Winston has been better with security. He’s thrown 12 TD passes and turned over the ball just four times. Alvin Kamara has 481 scrimmage yards and four touchdowns.
